BODY EXERCISE

WRIST EXERCISES:

Stand erect and stretch your both hands. Rotate left and right wrists clockwise and anti-clockwise.

SHOULDER EXERCISES:

Forward and Backward rotation. (Clockwise and anticlockwise) (Wrist and Shoulder Exercises are beneficial to the body. The purpose is to activate each limb of the body.)

NECK EXERCISES (Close the eyes):

Twist the neck to left and right. Then rotate Clock wise & Anti-Clockwise. (Neck Exercises are good for the eyesight. Ideal for those who sit in front of computers for hours. Prevents spondylities.)

ACUPRESSURE POINTS:

: Press all the pressure points on both palms. (According to acupressure your palms have all the pressure points which if rubbed and pressed have power to cure certain ailments. ( Acupressure points. A computer needs regular scanning to repair and restore the damaged files. The greatest wonder-computer in the world is the human body. Pressing the points serves as scanning.)

VAJRA POSTURE(CHAIR)ASANA ,vajra=dimond(rock) :

Bend the legs and knees so that things rest on the legs and buttocks rest on the heels. Sit erect keeping the back, neck and head in straight line. (Vajra posture(chair)asana activates spine, stimulates secretion glands, activate pancreas. It provides remedy for indigestion and constipation. This is the only posture(chair)asana which is recommended after food for better digestion. A must for those who suffer from arthritis.)

(SOUND THERAPY):

First inhale (purak) and exhale (rechak) with friction (gharshanayukta) three times and then start (SOUND THERAPY) after purak. First Half of (sound therapy) with open mouth and the other half through the nasal cavity, after closing the mouth. ((sound therapy) has special vibration to correct the mind as well as the body. Experiments have shown positive and curative effects on criminals and drug addicts too.)

NAMANA MUDRA , I:

Sit in Vajra posture(chair)asana . Take namaskar (pray full posture) a position. Breath-in and raise your hands. Let them form a pyramid on the head. Bend down and breathe-out. Stay in the bent position for a while. a) normal breathing, b) loosen the hands, c) pressure on the abdomen, d) try to touch the head to the ground, e) tighten the hands, breathe-out and breathe-in as you get up.

NAMANA MUDRA , II:

Lock your hands at the back. (right hand in the left). Breathe-in. Breathe-out as you bend down. a) normal breathing, b) loosen the hands, c) pressure on the abdomen, d) try to touch the head to the ground, e) tighten the hands, breathe-out and breathe-in as you get up. (Namana Mudras are beneficial to the neck, back and abdomen).

(SOUND THERAPY):

Chant (sound therapy) two times with sound and one time without sound.
